1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All in-stock items are processed and packed within 3 business days.
  • Weekend Adjustments: Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Peak Volume Exceptions: Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume promotional events or seasonal holidays.
  • Separated Fulfillment: If your order contains both standard apparel and custom/made-to-order goods, they may be split and shipped separately to optimize delivery speed.
2. Domestic Shipping Tiers & Costs (Contiguous U.S.)

Transit times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) once the package leaves our facility.

For expedited methods (2-Day or Next-Day), orders must be placed before 10:15 AM ET to ship out the same day.

3. Alaska, Hawaiʻi, and U.S. Territories
  • Carrier Restrictions: Shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaiʻi, and offshore territories must move exclusively via standard USPS service.
  • Transit Extensions: Extended regional timelines require an additional 1 to 3 business days beyond our standard ground matrices.
  • Expedited Freight: Premium 2-Day or Next-Day delivery options are unavailable for these remote geographic locations.
4. International Delivery Framework
  • Supported Regions: We offer international dispatch via secure global priority carriers.
  • Regional Pricing Tiers: Flat international shipping rates are billed as follows:
    • North America & Caribbean: $40.00
    • Asia Pacific & Oceania: $50.00
    • Europe, Middle East, & South America: $75.00
  • Duties and Customs: The recipient acts as the importer of record. All local import taxes, customs clearance dues, and broker percentages are your responsibility at delivery and are non-refundable.
  • Backorder Policy: If an international bundle contains out-of-stock variations, the entire order will be held at our fulfillment hub until all items are fully available.
5. Delivery and Security Safeguards
  • No Freight Forwarders: Due to tracking vulnerabilities, we do not ship to third-party freight forwarding companies. Orders utilizing a forwarding address will be automatically canceled.
  • P.O. Box Limitations: Expedited and premium air shipping paths require a verified physical address and cannot be routed to P.O. Boxes.
